A one-day conference to reflect on the character of Nan's spiritual response to the land will be staged in Edinburgh on Saturday, April 6, 2019. Speakers include Simone Kenyon whose 'bodyweather' dance group will stage an interpretation of 'The Living Mountain' in the Cairngorms this spring, and performance artist Miranda Whall who plans to visit the region dressed as an Arctic hare.
Organised by the Edinburgh International Centre for Spirituality and Peace. Venue: Sanctuary, Augustine United Church, 41 George IV Bridge, Edinburgh, EH1 1EL (10.00 - 17.00). Price: £10 (£8 concessions).
